RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your new Philomén swimsuit, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return in case the following conditions are met:
- All items must be returned within 14 days after delivery
- All items must be returned in unused condition
- All items must be returned with tags attached
- All items must be returned in the original packaging
Please keep in mind that:
- Returns of sale items or items purchased with promotional discount codes are not accepted
Do you want to do an return? Please follow these steps:
- Send us an email to contact@philomen.eu within 14 days of delivery. For easier administration, please include your order number, contact details and the reason for the return.
- After receiving confirmation for your return, please pack your swimsuit, include the return form and send it back to the Philomén HQ with the original receipt. Please be sure to get a tracking number from the courier company to insure proof of delivery.
- When returning your swimsuit, please keep in mind the following conditions:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs
- Package should be in the same condition as received
- All items must be returned in the original condition
- All items must be returned within 14 days
- Once we have received the item, we will make sure that all the above mentioned conditions are met. You will receive an email as soon as we have received and accepted your return.
Please keep in mind that Philomén is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.
Please also keep in mind that Philomén is not responsible for replacing packages sent to incorrect addresses, as entered by the customer, so please make extra sure that you entered the right shipping address before placing the order.
Additionally, items will not be refunded in case the item had been wrongly damaged.
Please also keep in mind that sale items and items purchased with a discount code, are all final sales and are not eligible for return.
For returns we need you to provide us with the bank account name and number which with you made the purchase. We’ll send back the returned item’s value to that address.
EXCHANGE POLICY
You purchased the wrong size? It happens. We will gladly exchange your swimsuit in case the following conditions are met:
- All items must be returned within 14 days after delivery
- All items must be returned in unused condition
- All items must be returned with tags attached
- All items must be returned in the original packaging

- If the item you want to exchange has sold out, you can choose an available item for the same price

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
In case you receive an item not matching your order or the item is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible, but at least within 14 days of delivery, by sending an email to contact@philomen.eu. Make sure to include your order number, contact information and a picture of the faulty product. We will get back to you as quickly as possible to sort out the problem.
Once we receive the returned item, inspect and deem it faulty, we are going to exchange it for the correct item and ship the correct product to you. In case the item is faulty, we will refund you the shipping charges, so please keep your postage receipt. Philomén is not responsible for any damages after the first time the item was put in the washing or drying machine.
